Corporate Identity
55 West on the Esplanade - Identity
The Objective:
Noble Communications came to Scott Design to design a new corporate identity
for the luxury condo development "55 West" and new shopping area
"Esplanade".
Creative Execution:
55 West and Esplanade logos were already design by Push.
My challenge was to come up with a new color scheme and to combine the
two logos. First I did a color study on what colors would give a warm
and welcoming effect to potential buyers and renters for the retail space.
I went with warm sienna tones to accomplish this and then I placed the
Esplanade logo in a rectangle along with "on the". Once the
logos were stacked I added a drop shadow to provide a floating effect.
Result:
Satisfied client and the use of this logo mark became instrumental to all
marketing collateral and bringing the sales from 10% to 90% sold.
